Download the Layar application with your Android phone.
If you do not have a phone with an Android platform, you can buy a Vodafone 845 mobile with your Szigetfone offer, which is suitable for using the Sziget Compass.
Once you downloaded the app, all you have to do is switch it on and you can see the locations through your phone’s screen.

How does the Sziget Compass work?

The application recognizes your exact location and knows which way you are turning. The Sziget Compass helps you find locations and gives you the latest updates on concerts.

You can download the application from the Android Market or from the iPhone App Store. Alternatively, go to http://m.layar.com and download the application from your mobile’s browser.
In order to use the Sziget Compass with your mobile, your phone should meet the following technical requirements:

• Internet connection
• Built-in camera
• GPS
• Built-in compass

The application is free of charge, all you need to pay for is the data traffic as specified by your service provider. You can use the Sziget Compass even if you have a subscription with Telenor, T-Mobile or with a service provider outside of Hungary.
